Jubilee Mission Medical College is one of the biggest hospitals in Kerala providing tertiary level care to a huge population in the central part of the state.
It offers a purpose designed high quality Critical Care Unit admitting around 750 patients every year. Our new renovated unit was inaugurated in June 2015.
Ours is one of the few closed multi disciplinary units in Kerala with dedicated Intensivists and a team of experienced nurses, critical care technicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists and other allied health care professionals with 24/7 support from all the specialties and super-specialties.
Our performance is monitored through regular in-hospital audit. We are focused on providing a consultant led service. Our emphasis is on delivering compassionate and high quality patient centered care and support for their family.
Soon after the inauguration of our new unit, we formed a new collaborative partnership with ISCCM (Indian Society in Critical Care Medicine) and is now an academic department. This relationship with the society offers even greater learning and research opportunities for our trainees. We run the IDCCM (Indian Diploma in Critical Care) course, making us one among the two medical colleges in the state providing super specialty training in Critical Care.
Relatives are encouraged to visit their kin around noon, however only two family members are allowed to meet the patient once in a day. We try and keep relatives updated with what is happening at all times.

Located on 1st floor of Golden Jubilee Block which is accessible through 'Gate 2'. The unit is sign posted 'CRITICAL CARE'.
